  • What is Zoottoo?

    Zoottoo is the destination for fun and innovative mobile entertainment services. Give your phone a new look and sound that resonates with your mood and personality with our premium selection of ringtones and wallpapers. That’s not all; you also enjoy bonus content that includes the web’s funniest videos. Zoottoo works in accordance with the code of conduct for mobile and SMS services.

  • How can I download ringtones, videos, wallpapers?

    Upon subscription, you will receive a link to your personal mobile download page where you can pick and choose the items you wish to download. Each download costs 1 Download Credit.

  • Does the content I download expire?

    Not at all. All downloaded ringtones, wallpapers, and videos can be used and viewed as many times as you like. However, Download Credits that you receive upon each weekly subscription renewal will expire 3 months from the subscription date. Please use the credits within this timeframe.

  • Do I pay with a credit card?

    Nope. The subscription fee will be deducted every week from your mobile phone’s prepaid account or added to your postpaid bill.

  • I received the message with the link. What should I do to download the content?

    Simply click on the link to visit your personal mobile download page, and use your Download Credits to download ringtones, wallpapers, and videos.

  • Why can't I download when I click on the link?

    To enable downloads, you will need to have mobile internet (sometimes called WAP, GPRS, EDGE or 3G) activated on your device.
